Acme Whistles – 150th year milestone animation made to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the country’s leading whistle manufacturer in Birmingham.
With roots dating back to 1843, the University today has invested heavily in its campuses, buildings, and facilities to create a campus fit for the future.
In 1870, one man had an idea that shaped a 150-year journey, and continues to this day. Founded by Joseph Hudson, ACME Whistles started life in Birmingham and quickly became the global leader in world-class whistle making.
As they mark their milestone 150th year, it’s safe to say that ACME Whistles has more than a few tales to tell, and we were overjoyed when they asked us to help them tell their story in a new, inventive way.
Capturing over a century and a half of heritage in just 90 seconds is no mean feat (we could talk about them all day), but through careful scriptwriting, creative concepts and clever animation, we think we’ve done just that.
