Jisc has an extensive and distinguished history spanning decades; the organisation has gone a long way, and the JANET network now has more than 18 million users. It should come as no surprise that they have a membership community expanding nationwide, given that their shared services and industry-wide deals helped the UK education sector save over £220 million.
