Client satisfaction survey results from 52 Degrees North. We pride ourselves on being a customer-centric business that puts customer experience at the heart of what we do. This is the foundation on which our business is built, which forms the basis of all our customer relationships.
It is important to us, of course, that our clients feel that we are delivering on this promise, so in December 2017, we reached out to them to provide input on the service we provide. Throughout January, we’ve been gathering the results, and we’re not ashamed to say we’re thrilled with the outcome. Hearing such positive feedback is music to our ears, of course, and we’d like to thank all of our customers for taking the time to share their views with us. It’s a genuine pleasure to work with all of you; here’s to a fantastic 2018 for us all!
